Inta Red Taps
The Intared range of infra red controls allows a supply of water to be obtained without having direct contact with the outlet spout. This solution is ideal where high standards of hygiene are important.
The range encompasses different styles of basin taps, wall mounted taps, electronic flush valves and thermostatic shower valves.
They work through an integrated infra red sensor which detects the presence of a limb and controls a solenoid valve to turn on a timed flow of water. The sensor power is supplied by a 6V lithium battery included in the body of the outlet spout – or by mains electricity.
